1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with OKANEN's manufacturing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

Important: Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Provide accurate product specifications and requirements
Ensure all regulatory compliance for target markets
Approve samples before mass production
Adhere to agreed payment schedules

IP Infringement Policy

Clients must warrant that their products do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Any legal issues arising from IP infringement are the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment Schedule

Order Confirmation 30%

Production Start 40%

Before Shipment 30%

Important Payment Notes

• All payments must be received according to agreed schedule to maintain production timeline
• Late payment may result in production delays and additional charges
• Currency: USD (United States Dollar) unless otherwise specified
• Bank charges are responsibility of the paying party

7. Liability & Limitations

Our liability is limited to the manufacturing services provided. We are not responsible for market performance, regulatory approvals in destination countries, or end-consumer reactions unless directly caused by manufacturing defects.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract value for the specific order in question.

8. Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Cancellation of orders in production may incur charges for materials and work completed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangdong Province.
